As part of the Returned and Services league of Australia (NSW Branch) subbranch network, Canterbury-Hurlstone Park RSL Sub-Branch, is dedicated to the welfare of serving and ex-serving Defence Force personnel and their dependants.

 

Part of our role is providing welfare services and support to our members and their families.  We will guide veterans to correct places to contact for their needs.

 

We provide:

• commemorative and ceremonial events,
• services at Funerals
• educational & ceremonial assistance to schools,
• support & assistance to Cadets, Australian Regular & Reserve Defence Force units
• and other military & ex-service related museums & organisations.
• Social events and camaraderie for members and their families

 

We have an Auxiliary which aids us in fundraising.  This is completed mainly at ANZAC Day and Remembrance Day but other events can happen through the year.  Click here to read more about the Auxiliary.

As the guardians of the Sub-Branch assets & investments, their role involves overseeing, directing and liaising with investment advisors, the committee and ultimately the members.
